  2. For the past 25yrs, 51% of residents have gone on to academic appointments, 46% of residents have gone on to private practice, and 3% have gone on to the military.

  4. One of our alumni performed the first and 500th cardiac transplant at Ochsner Hospital, LA.
  5. Our alumni have written texts including Surgery Recall, ABSITE Killer, and Pediatric Recall, as well as, hundreds of surgery text chapters and thousands of journal articles.
