The Speech-Language Pathologists of the Department of Therapy Services provide a full range of diagnostic and treatment services for pediatric and adult patients with a wide variety of communication and swallowing disorders. Services are available to outpatients and to rehabilitation and acute care inpatients. Patients may be referred from within the UVa Health System, from community physicians or from long-term care facilities.
