E-Forms

Get access to the e-forms system

This system houses higher security forms for the university, like HR forms and telephone action request forms. 

Steps:

  1. Visit:  E-forms home (will open new window).  This is a recommended "bookmark " site.
  2. Under "search," click the "administrator" button.
  3. Enter your computing id (ex. "erj5j") and search for your department's eforms administrators. Please send an email to one of them to request eforms access.
