Administrator Development Programs
Administrator Development Programs establish the operational and strategic roles of administrators within the School of Medicine and Health System. New and experienced administrators can participate in onboarding and mentoring programs and engage in networking opportunities. ADPs also include monthly training sessions and development experiences in key areas of responsibility. Areas of focus include accounting, budget, clinical operations, communication, compensation, ethics and legal, facilities, finance, health and wellness, human resources, information technology, management, and sponsored projects. Professional development opportunities are also available during the annual administrator conference each September.
Information regarding upcoming sessions and registration information are listed on the administrator calendar.
