Administrator Development Institute
The Administrator Development Institute offers a series of half and full-day seminars for administrators to develop and refine leadership and management skills. Using a five-step learning model focused on conceptual learning and behavioral pratice, the ADI increases administrators' organizational and business knowledge, provides advanced leadership and management training, and fosters relationships among administrators, chairs, and senior leadership.
