• Use double quotes (") to search for a phrase. (example: "cardiovascular disease")
• Use a hyphen (-) before a word/phrase to exclude results with that word/phrase. (example: -cancer)
• Use a plus symbol (+) before a word/phrase to make it mandatory. (example: +cancer)
• These hints can be combined. (example: +cancer -orthopaedic) This will include all results with the word cancer unless the word orthopaedic is also in the result
