Note: In the event of an after-hours emergency the On-Call representative should be contacted immediately by page or phone. If there is no response after 20 minutes from the initial attempt to contact the On-Call representative, another attempt is to be made. If after another 20 minutes there is still no response, the caller should then notify the Lead Physicist.
