Neurotology Fellowship Program

The Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery has a two year subspecialty training program in neurotology.  The program consists of 18 months of clinical training and 6 months of research.  The next opening for the training program will be July 2009.  The program participates in the San Francisco match.  Details on the match can be found at http://www.sfmatch.org/.

Application information including a letter from your residency program director or chair, one additional letter, medical school and USMLE transcripts, and CV should be sent to:

Completed application packets must be received by the program by Friday, August 29, 2008 for consideration.

Match Deadline

ALL rank lists must be submitted to the San Francisco Match by 12:00 PM (PST).

Match Results

Programs are emailed match results. Match applicants are generally contacted the same day.

Any post-match vacancies which remain after the match will be announced on the San Francisco Match Vacancy Information System. 

Applicants who did not match may begin applying to these positions by negotiating directly with the programs regarding any documentation that they require.
