Slides submitted to Pathology Department with a copy of Pathology Report from the outside hospital.
TESTING SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
All specimens must have a label affixed with the patient name, medical record number and/or date of birth. All specimens must be accompanied by a completed Surgical Pathology Requisition.
