Fellowship in Medical Education

The UVA Department of Emergency Medicine is pleased to offer a one-year Fellowship in Medical Education. For interested fellows, the option to pursue an advanced degree in the Department of Public Health (M.S. or MPH) or the Curry School of Education (M.Ed) is available.

Our primary objective is to provide residency graduates with teaching experience and skills for a successful career in academic emergency medicine, while also providing opportunities for innovative research, leadership and  resident and medical student education.
