November 24 Turkey Trot.  Run, walk, or cheer on a friend in this annual Charlottesville Thanksgiving Day tradition. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of this popular 5K race, we are adding 100 more participation slots and additional ways to support UVA Children's Hospital. Registration opens on October 18. February 4, 2012 Main Event 2012. Mark your calendar now for this premier UVA Children's Hospital fund-raising event. Have a royally rocking good time with this year's theme-British Invasion! Tickets go on sale in early December. Attractive corporate sponsorship packages are available now. Learn more.
February 25, 2012  UVA Dance Marathon for Children's Miracle Network. Show your support for our generous UVA students as they raise funds for the Children's Miracle Network and UVA Children's Hospital. Each year, UVA students log long hours preparing for this event, then spend 14 hours on their feet at UVA's Memorial Gym throughout the weeekend dancing for the kids. Watch their site for updates.
