ADVOCACY MORNING REPORT

This is a list of potential topics for Advocacy Morning Report.  This list is by no means exhaustive or exclusive!  Pick a topic (from here or elsewhere) that really interests you or that relates to an issue that you have encountered in your practice.  It may be a topic that is currently in the news, either locally, at the state level, or nationally.  Or, it may be a topic that relates to an issue that you faced with a patient whom you recently cared for in the hospital or clinics.   You may also choose to talk about a state or local program and how it may help your families.  Please feel free to contact Dr. Diane Pappas for help in choosing a topic or in finding up-to-date information on your topic.  Also, don't hesitate to contact the VA AAP, the national AAP office, or the AAP Federal Affairs office for information and assistance.  They can provide a wealth of information on certain topics!!

Here are some ideas, but there are MANY MORE out there to choose from, so be creative!!!
